For today, though, we'd like to turn the tables and have you blog to us. Specifically, leave a comment and give us some feedback on how we're doing, and most importantly, what you'd like to see from us in the future. More recipes? restaurant reviews? maintain the status quo? This blog doesn't exist for us... it exists for you, and we want it to be a helpful resource for you. So chime in and make your voice heard!
In the meantime, here's what we have in the works for upcoming posts: new recipes, more restaurant reviews, and a four-part series on gluten-free nutrition for endurance athletes called "Going the Distance." We look forward to hearing from you!

Pete and Kelli--Belated congrats on 100 posts! That's exciting. They always celebrate 100 episodes for television shows like a big event; blogs should be no different and most (like yours) have far more value than television shows. ;-)
I like the variety that you have going on now because I think you have a diversity of readers. I always love your recipes, your musings, your reviews of restaurants in your travels, and your pics. Even your posts that relate to your extreme sports ;-), I find helpful. For example, I saw those Balance Pure bars in Whole Foods when I was visiting with my friend from out of town. I don't usually do soy, which they contain, but it's nice to know (thanks to you) that if I got in a bind and they were available I could eat them.
So keep up the good work! I sure hope some others will still weigh in, because I know how much feedback is appreciated. :-)

Hi Shirley. Thanks so much for your feedback! Funny you should mention TV shows celebrating their 100th episode...just this weekend I saw a commercial for "Lost" doing that very thing. =)
Cheers, Pete
I'd like to see you post the recipes along with the pictures. A couple of times now (I just started reading) I have come across something that looks so delicious I'd love to make it at home, but there is no recipe. So, if you could post the recipe under the picture and other text I'd be very grateful.
Thanks for the feedback, Amanda. Keep an eye out for more recipes...we'll be including more each week.
Cheers, Pete
