My standard recommendation is to go with a flax-water slurry, as opposed to something such as NRG Egg Replacer. If you try this recipe with an egg replacer, please do report back and let us know how it goes!

Cheers, Petepeterbronskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17048848527195520324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4706374459042869519.post-8916303138902020342011-06-19T13:51:53.100-06:002011-06-19T13:51:53.100-06:00I wonder how this would work with egg substitute o...I wonder how this would work with egg substitute of some sort?Heather Brandthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14981992990889520020noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4706374459042869519.post-86529853417293673022011-06-17T12:23:27.708-06:002011-06-17T12:23:27.708-06:00Hi Kalinda... Now I don't have to figure out my own recipe. Yay! Did these puff up and that airy pocket in the middle?Kalindahttp://www.wheatfreemeatfree.comnoreply@blogger.com
